When can I expect my order?
Generally within two weeks.
How do you ship your cheese?
We ship all orders via Fedex or Speedee. (Depending on your location.) Cheese is shipped year round. However, if you are shipping to any any state other than Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Iowa, please note that our shipping methods are restricted during summer months because of higher temperatures. This may cause shipping prices to be higher. We will continue our policy of contacting you if the final price is higher by more than 10%.
Please let us know if you have concerns about weather extremes and we will hold your shipment at no charge until you determine it is safe to ship. Our carriers do not insure against heat or cold damage.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Also, please ensure that you've entered your complete Apartment or Lot number if applicable.
Can I get my order before Christmas?
We appreciate orders by December 5th for Christmas delivery. (Although every effort will be made to ensure Christmas delivery on orders received after December 10th.)
