Burnett Dairy Co-op. Agronomy Division is currently accepting applications for the position of Agronomy Driver. This position is responsible for tendering fertilizer, tendering water, and delivering fertilizer spreaders to our patrons. The position is 40+ hours/week, and includes weekends. In the months of April and May, this position will likely be scheduled 7 days a week.
Requirements: The individual must be able to work independently, climb ladders, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. An unrestricted WI class B CDL with Tanker and Air Brakes license is required. Class A CDL preferred. Must have a clean driving record.
Burnett Dairy Cooperative is looking to add a Full-Time member to it's maintenance team. This position performs maintenance for the cheese factory buildings, equipment, and some grounds work. Employees are required to perform welding, electrical, fabricating, and mechanical duties. Must be reliable and able to troubleshoot and work independently in a fast-paced working environment. This is for a 3rd shift Maintenance Engineer. Hours will vary, may include holidays, and weekends. The right person for this position has strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and takes initiative to get things done. Experience in welding, electrical, fabrication, or mechanical troubleshooting is required, experience in all is preferred. Preventative Maintenance Technician
Burnett Dairy Cooperative is looking to add a Part Time member to it's maintenance team. The primary focus of this position is following guidelines to prevent premature failure of mechanical, electrical, and facility components, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment throughout the cheese factory buildings, equipment, and some grounds work. Other major responsibilities include, but are not limited to monitoring production and facility equipment for proper operation, emergency shut down compliance and serviceability. The right person for this position has strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and takes initiative to get things done. Preferred candidates will have safety and mechanical knowledge and experience working in a food manufacturing facility. This position is part time with varying hours. Schedule is flexible and may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Agricultural Applicator-FULL TIME
The Agricultural Applicator will be responsible for operating and maintaining applicator equipment, maintaining the equipment and tools used in the applicator process, and record keeping. As well as installing, adjusting, and performing minor maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure operating efficiency and effective application. To be considered for this position the candidate must have the following:
- A class B driver’s license with good driving history
- A Pesticide Applicator license for MN/WI or the ability to obtain one
- The ability to operate a forklift and maintain a forklift license
- The ability to primarily work outside on and around commercial agriculture equipment and machinery
- The ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends as needed
