Preparation
- Arrange the Cheese:
- Place the Wood River Creamery Cheddar Gruyere cheese spreads in small serving bowls, each with a cheese knife or spreader.
- Arrange the Gouda Gruyere cheese cubes and squares in a cluster near one of the spreads.
- Arrange the Meat:
- Fold the salami slices in halves or quarters and fan them out for a visually appealing pattern.
- Place the spicy chorizo slices nearby, especially close to the Triple Pepper Cheese Spread for a matching flavor profile.
- Add the Crunch:
- Pile the Wheat Thins in one area and line up the Rosemary Water Crackers in a neat row or curve around the edge of the board.
