These Cheddar Gruyere Cheese Crisps are made with Wood River Creamery Roasted Red Pepper & Cracked Peppercorn Cheddar Gruyere and baked until golden, bubbly, and irresistibly crisp. Perfect for snacking, topping salads, or upgrading your cheese board.
Ingredients
3–4 ounces Wood River Creamery Cheddar Gruyere, grated (pictured in this recipe: Roasted Red Pepper & Cracked Peppercorn)

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Grate the cheese and mound about 1½ tablespoons per crisp onto the baking sheet, spacing mounds at least 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 4–7 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and lightly browned around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 1 minute, then gently dab with a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- Allow to cool completely, then remove with a spatula.
- Serve as a crunchy snack, salad topper, or cheese board addition.
