Flavor 1: Bacon, Spinach & Herbes de Provence Egg Bites
Ingredients:

8 large eggs

1/2 cup heavy cream
-
3 slices cooked bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded Wood River Creamery Herbes de Provence Cheddar Gruyere cheese, divided

1½ cups chopped fresh spinach
-
1/4 tsp salt
-
1/8 tsp pepper
Flavor 2: Asparagus, Spinach & Rosemary Gouda Egg Bites

8 large eggs
-
1/2 cup heavy cream
-
1/2 cup chopped, blanched asparagus

1 cup chopped fresh spinach
-
1 cup shredded Cady Creek Farms Rosemary Gouda cheese, divided

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper
Preparation
Directions (Either Flavor)

Preheat oven to 350°F and spray 11 regular-sized muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, mix-ins, ¾ cup of the cheese, and seasonings.

Divide evenly between muffin cups and top with remaining cheese.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, until set and lightly golden.

Let cool slightly, serve warm, or store for the week.
