Ingredients

Cheese
• Wood River Creamery Black Truffle Cheddar Gruyere
• Wood River Creamery Applewood Smoked Sea Salt Cheddar Gruyere
• Wood River Creamery Original Gouda Gruyere
• Wood River Creamery Northwoods Cheddar

Meat
• Prosciutto

Produce
• Fresh pears (Tip: dunk slices in club soda for a few minutes before plating to prevent browning)
• Dried figs
• Cornichon pickles

Crunch
• Fig & Olive Crisps (Trader Joe’s)
• Toasted Sesame Water Crackers (Carr’s)
• Roasted & Salted Rosemary Marcona Almonds (Trader Joe’s)

Dip
• Fig jam
• Honey

Preparation

Slice & Prepare: Cut cheese into a mix of cubes, wedges, and triangles for variety. Slice pears just before serving and soak briefly in club soda to prevent browning.

Start with Cheese: Arrange the four Wood River Creamery cheeses in different corners or sections of your board to anchor the layout.

Add Meats: Gently fold or ribbon the prosciutto and tuck it around the cheese sections.

Layer the Produce: Place dried figs and fresh pears in small clusters to add color and texture. Add cornichons in a small bowl for contrast.

Add Crunch: Fill gaps with crackers, crisps, and almonds for texture and variety.

Finish with Dips: Place fig jam and honey in small bowls or jars on the board. Drizzle a touch of honey over the truffle cheese for an extra flavor highlight.
