Ingredients

1 frozen pizza dough, thawed and brought up to room temperature

Cornmeal (about 1-2 teaspoons)

All-purpose flour (enough to coat hands, and sprinkled onto the dough, about 1/2 Tablespoon)

4 ounces (half a block) Wood River Creamery Black Truffle Cheddar Gruyere cheese

1 pear, sliced

3 slices of prosciutto, torn into bite-sized pieces

1/2 Tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 cup fresh arugula

Olive oil (about 1 teaspoon)

Balsamic glaze (about 1 teaspoon)

Salt (a few cracks, about 1/4 teaspoon)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450°F

Grease a pizza pan, and then sprinkle cornmeal over the entire surface

Flour your hands and gently form the dough into a circular crust.

Shred about 2 ounces of Wood River Creamery Truffle cheese over the crust, leaving about 1/2 inch for the crust

Place the pear slices and pieces of prosciutto over the cheese

Sprinkle with Italian seasoning

Shed another 2 ounces of Wood River Creamery Truffle cheese over the pizza

Bake for 10-15 minutes, turning 90° halfway through cooking

Slice and enjoy!
