Recipe Description
Experience pure cheesy bliss with our ultimate 3-cheese grilled cheese, featuring a tantalizing blend of cheddar, gouda, and monterey jack cheese that will leave your taste buds begging for more.
Ingredients
8 slices firm white bread
4 ounces Wood River Creamery Northwoods Cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)
4 ounces Cady Creek Farms Gouda cheese, shredded (1 cup)
4 ounces Burnett Dairy® Hot Pepper Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (1 cup)
4 tablespoons butter, softened
Preparation
- Top four slices of bread with the cheddar, gouda and pepper jack.
- Top with remaining bread.
- Spread butter on the outside of sandwiches.
- Toast one sandwich, covered, in a large skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until the side is golden brown.
- Flip sandwich; cook, uncovered, 2-4 minutes longer or until bread is light golden brown and cheeses are melted.
- Repeat step with remaining sandwiches.
