  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 pkg (12 oz) Burnett Dairy Mozzarella String Cheese, halved
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce

Preparation

In shallow dish, toss together flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder. In separate dish, whisk egg with 1 tbsp water. In third dish, toss together bread crumbs, parsley and paprika.

Roll cheese strings in flour mixture to coat; dip in egg, then roll in bread crumb mixture to coat evenly. Freeze on waxed paper–lined baking sheet for 1 to 2 hours.
