Ingredients
7oz (1 container) of Wood River Creamery Cheddar Gruyere Triple Pepper Cheese Spread
Optional: 4 oz Cream Cheese, to cut the spiciness, softened to room temperature
15-20 Mini Snacking Peppers
Fresh or Dried Chives for topping

Preparation
If using cream cheese, in a mixing bowl, blend the Wood River Creamery Cheddar Gruyere Triple Pepper Cheese Spread and cream cheese with a hand mixer (or by hand) until combined.
Cut the mini peppers in half and scoop out any seeds.
Use a spoon to fill each pepper up with Wood River Creamery Cheddar Gruyere Triple Pepper Cheese Spread (or the cheese mixture if using cream cheese)
Sprinkle the filled pepper halves with fresh or dried chives and enjoy!
